Motorola Kobe MB520 is expected to be a mid-range Android model for AT&T. With a 3.5 inch display, this Kobe will be sporting Android 2.1 and Motoblur, but the word from the inside is that an OTA upgrade will take the handset up to Android 2.2. A 3MP camera adorns the back and the device will be launched with 512MB of RAM, 2GB of internal memory and a pre-installed 2GB microSD card. Under the hood, the model shares the same Power VR GPU as DROID X and DROID 2 units, but has a somewhat slower 800MHz TI OMAP3 powering the handset. Basic specifications:
