Chrome Web Store Arriving In October With Chrome OS Devices?

Many folks out there are looking forward to getting hold of devices that will be powered by Google's Chrome OS, and now word is going around that Google's Chrome Web Store might be launched this October, which would probably mean that Chrome OS devices should be showing up around that period too. It was previously stated that Chrome OS netbooks would be available in late fall, but with the whispers of Chrome Web Store's October launch, at least we have a more specific period to look forward too. Apparently Google is only planning to charge developers a 5 percent processing fee for apps, which is rather different from the usual practice where the store operator gets something along the lines of 30 percent cut of the revenue of application sales.
